Dave McSweeney arrived at Billericay in the summer of 2004 after leaving
Southend United. Whilest at Southend Dave played a good number of first
team games, and that experience stood him in good stead as he
immediately settled into the first choice XI at New Lodge. McSweeney has
now made over 200 appearances for the Blues, and his consistency has
made him popular with managers and fans alike.
