The club can confirm Bradley Stevenson has signed for Vanarama National League side Solihull Moors.

The 25-year-old quickly made himself a fan favourite at New Lodge following his arrival in the summer of 2022 from Welling United.

In his first season with the Blues, Stevenson shone as he netted 21 goals and registered 17 assists as he also picked up the Supporters Player of the Season award.

The attacking midfielder penned a one-year contact extension last summer and had another impressive campaign, scoring on 26 occasions and securing 20 assists.

Picking up the Management Team’s Player of the Season in the process, Stevenson surpassed the 100-appearance mark for the club in the 2-1 victory over Cheshunt in April.

Now signing for the Moors, the ex-Gillingham man joins a side that was on the brink of reaching the Football League after losing the play-off final to Bromley. Solihull also reached the final of the Isuzu FA Trophy last season.

Gary McCann is disappointed yet pleased to see him seal this move.

“As disappointed as we are to lose such a great player and important member of the squad, I’m also extremely pleased for Bradley,” he said.

“As a club, we played our part in facilitating and helping his progression and I’m sure he will be a huge success at Solihull.

”Thank you Bradley, go well!”
