WEALDSTONE v BILLERICAY TOWN

The Blues head across London this weekend to visit league leaders Wealdstone.

The teams first met in the Isthmian League Premier Division during August 2004 at The White Lion Ground, which they shared with Edgware Town.

The Blues won the match 3-2 with goals from Jamie Dormer, Danny Hockton and Leon Hunter.

The most recent meeting took place a month ago at New Lodge. That evening Nathan Harness made his debut for Billericay. Ody Alfa opened the scoring and Town went in at half time leading 1-0.

Jake Robinson scored from the spot before Wealdstone went down to 10 men and then pulled a goal back.

The match was in stoppage time when Femi Akinwande secured the win.

This will be the 21st meeting between Billericay Town and Wealdstone. The Blues have won half of the previous meetings with The Stones winning three. Town have scored 29 times in these meetings with Wealdstone scoring 21.
