We post to UK Mainland, British Isles, Europe and Rest of World. We are also more than happy to despatch to BFPO addresses. We are authorised to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you.
International Standard Delivery – Prices Vary
Please allow 3 – 10 working days from the time the goods leave BTFC
Price dependant on the weight and volume of your order.
For Standard Delivery International to be offered, your order must be below a certain weight and volume. If you are not offered Standard Delivery International then your products have exceeded the weight, volume or order value limits and you will therefore be offered appropriate alternatives.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding your order for whatever reason.
Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product purchased through the online store within 28 days
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges against products which have had personalisation added to them, such as replica shirts.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 (twenty eight) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange.
When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product.
