The Club wish to inform our supporters that, contrary to our previous announcement, Jack Evans will not be joining us at this time.
When we made our approach, we did so in good faith, based on publicly available information suggesting Jack was free to sign. However, it has since come to light that there is an unforeseen issue regarding his registration.
The Football Association has confirmed that Jack remains under contract with another club, which unfortunately prevents us from completing his registration. We understand this news will be disappointing and we share that sentiment.
We would like to thank Jack for his professionalism throughout the process and wish him all the best for the future.
